Personal Brand Statement

 I am an aspiring military officer passionate about leading others and serving my country. I currently serve as a Human Resource Specialist for the Arkansas Army National Guard and am an active member of Henderson State University ROTC Program. As a student majoring in Business Management and Finance, I hope to use my education to help me become a successful Logistic Officer. United States Army Logistic Officers analyze data to provide timely support during all phases of military operations. Logisticians are responsible for ensuring that equipment and people are where they need to be, exactly when they need to be there. I have developed skills in teamwork, organization, and data analysis. I work with a team of soldiers daily as an ROTC squad leader and help plan morning physical training workouts and weekly labs. I have organized special events for the HSU ROTC Program, like the annual Dining Out Event and Military Ball. My data analytical skills have grown through taking strategic business courses to include quantitative analysis, descriptive analytics, and principles of management. These skills, along with my relentless spirit and work ethic, align with the duties and responsibilities of great Logistic Officers. The established strong work ethic I have truly set me apart. However, this work ethic is not only military based but has also been developed from civilian careers and volunteer work. As someone who has worked in the customer service industry for over five years, I have experience working with people from all walks of life and communicating effectively to accomplish goals. I am a passionate individual ready to serve as a military officer. With my drive, developed skill set, and past experience, I am certain I will be an asset to this team and the world.
